2. Figma Plugin Data Collection
The FigMail Figma Plugin collects and processes the following data when you use the plugin:
A. Authentication Data
- Figma User ID — used to identify your account and link it to your FigMail subscription
- Figma User Email — used for account communication and support
- Figma User Name and Avatar — displayed within the plugin interface
B. Design Data
- Selected Frame Contents — when you generate an email, the plugin exports the selected frame data (images, text, layout) and sends it to our servers for HTML conversion
- Generated HTML — the resulting email HTML is stored on our servers and associated with your account for later access
C. Data Security
All data transmitted between the Figma Plugin and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Design data is processed temporarily for HTML generation and is not shared with third parties. Generated emails are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your authenticated account.
D. Data Retention
Generated emails are retained on our servers until you delete them or until your account is terminated. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
3. Information We Collect (Website)
A. Personal Data
When you register for an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase a plan, we may ask for your:

- First name and last name
- Billing address (handled via Stripe)
B. Payment Information
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. The data is encrypted and passed directly to Stripe. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

FigMail follows a standard procedure of using log files and third-party analytics cookies. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
